Deposit, Payment & Rescheduling Policy

To secure your cleaning appointment, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.

Payments are fully refundable with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled service time.

  • Rescheduling requests made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no additional charge.

  • Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

  • No-shows will result in full charge of the service.

Payment Terms
  • Appointments are not confirmed until payment is received.

  • All payments must be made through the approved online booking system at the time of booking.

Service Adjustments
  • If additional services are requested or the condition of the space requires extra time beyond the original scope, additional charges may apply and will be communicated prior to service whenever possible.
